Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal — 14 Calendar Days

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Art. 9) and Estonian Consumer Protection Act (TKS) § 56, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Counting the period: the 14 days run from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods. For multiple items — from the last item received.

2. Exceptions — When the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply

Under TKS § 56(2), the right of withdrawal does not apply to: • Goods made to custom specifications: products ordered for a specific VIN code or other vehicle parameters that cannot be resold to another customer (bespoke orders) • Installed and used goods: goods that have been fitted to a vehicle or otherwise used cannot be returned • Damaged original packaging: return is not possible if the original packaging has been opened in a way that prevents resale If in doubt, contact info@vinparts.ee before installing the part.

3. Return Procedure

Step by step: 1. Send an email to info@vinparts.ee with subject 'Return — order no. [number]' 2. State: order number, item to be returned, reason (optional) 3. We will reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions 4. Pack the goods carefully in the original packaging with all accessories and documents 5. Send the parcel to the address provided 6. Notify us with the tracking number You may also use the standard withdrawal form below (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Annex I).

4. Return Conditions

Returned goods must meet the following requirements: • Unused — product in original condition, with no signs of wear • Original packaging — complete original packaging (boxes, plastic bags, foam etc.) • All accessories — included accessories, manuals, fixing bolts etc. • Product labels — tags and labels attached Goods that do not meet these requirements may be partially or fully refused.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at the buyer's expense (TKS § 56(6)), except in the following cases: • Defective goods (warranty claim) — VINParts covers return shipping • Wrong item delivered (our error) — VINParts covers return shipping • Goods did not match the website description — VINParts covers return shipping We recommend using a trackable service (Omniva, DPD, Smartpost) — we are not responsible for loss of untracked parcels.

6. Refund Conditions

Refunds in accordance with TKS § 56(10): Timeline: we refund within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice PROVIDED that the goods have been returned or proof of dispatch has been provided. In practice we refund after receiving and checking the goods. Method: refund is made to the same payment method used for the purchase (Maksekeskus bank link). Alternative payment method is possible with your consent. Purchase price + delivery: we refund the item price and the original standard delivery charge. We do not refund any premium delivery upcharge. Return costs: deducted only for return shipping costs you incur, where not covered by us.

7. Complaint vs Right of Withdrawal

Important distinction: • Right of withdrawal (TKS § 56): 14 days, no reason needed — you simply do not want the item • Complaint / warranty claim (VÕS § 218): 2 years, if the goods are defective Complaint for defective goods: • Identify the defect as soon as possible • Notify us in writing at info@vinparts.ee with a photo and description • Resolution: replacement, repair, price reduction or refund • If the defect appears within 6 months, it is presumed to have existed at delivery (VÕS § 218(3))
