Ordering
Find the part you need through the catalog or Viktor's chat. Add it to the cart and check out. Registration speeds things up but is not required.
Yes, guest checkout is available. Registered users can track order status, save cars to the garage, and earn loyalty points.
There is no minimum order amount. You can order even a single small part.
Delivery
We deliver to Omniva, DPD, and Smartpost parcel machines — find a convenient locker near your home or workplace. Courier delivery is available for large parts.
Delivery within Estonia takes 1–3 business days. We ship orders the next business day after payment confirmation.
Free delivery on orders from 50 €. For orders under 50 €, delivery starts from 3.99 €.
Payment
We accept payment via online banking (Maksekeskus) — all Estonian banks are supported: SEB, Swedbank, LHV, Coop Bank, Luminor and others. Card payments are coming soon.
Yes. All payments are processed by the certified provider Maksekeskus. Your banking details are never stored on our site. The connection is protected by SSL/TLS encryption.
Returns
Under EU law you have the right to return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
Email us or use the contact form. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions with the next steps.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we process the refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment account.
AI Consultant Viktor
Viktor is our AI auto parts consultant. He helps find the right part by make, model and year, explains the difference between original and aftermarket parts, and answers compatibility questions.
Yes, consultations with Viktor are completely free. Just write to him in the chat on any page of the site.
Viktor's accuracy is over 95%. He always checks compatibility with your specific vehicle by VIN or licence plate. If in doubt, our support team can help confirm the right part.
Viktor communicates in Estonian (eesti), English, Ukrainian, and Russian. He automatically detects the language from your first message.
Car identification
Enter an Estonian licence plate (e.g. 507XGK) — the system will automatically identify the make, model, year and engine of your car. Viktor will then find the right parts.
The VIN code (17 characters) is the unique identifier of a vehicle. A VIN search gives the most accurate result, especially for cars with multiple trim or engine variants.
Warranty
Warranty depends on the manufacturer and part category. Original parts carry the manufacturer's warranty (usually 12–24 months). OEM and aftermarket parts — 6–12 months. The exact term is shown on each product page.
Contact us within the warranty period. We will replace the defective part or refund you after inspection. Shipping costs for warranty claims are covered by us.
